Saiyang's Board Chairman Qiu has assumed of the office of Vice Director of Tianjin Heat Treatment Association on 8th Congress. The association was established on 1984 which composed of over 300 companies and 75 standing councils among them. The association is the Vice Director of China Heat Treatment Association that keep on making contributions to Chinese Heat-treatment Industry and Energy-saving & Pollution Emissions Reduction.
