Energy-Saving and Yield Improving Reconstruction Project on 150t/h Walking-Beam Steel Rolling Furnac

The energy-saving and yield improving reconstruction project on 150t/h walking-beam steel rolling furnace contracted by Tianjin Saiyang for World Top 500 enterprise ‘Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd’ was started construction on 28^th, Feb, 2015, the construction schedule is tight and there have a lot of construction quantities. For the sake of guarantee the construction time limit and quality, we distributed our workers into 8hours/3 shifts to make 24 hours working on site. In this way, the project has been completed on time and the construction quality been kept on the best level. The reconstructed furnace has been ignited and dried smoothly on 15^th, Mar, 2015. The furnace was produced the 1^st batch of steel that met the yield requirements on 20^th, Mar, 2015. For this reason, the client highly praised Tianjin Saiyang’s work.
