2 sets of ultra-large bogie furnaces manufactured by Tianjin Saiyang for the world Top 500 enterprise ‘Chinese Shenhua Group Corporation Limited’ have been put into production smoothly. Shenhua is a world Top 500 enterprise, the total investment is RMB 120 billions and it’s the largest CTL (coal-to-liquid) enterprise in the world. These furnaces are manufactured for a project called ‘Indirect Coal Liquefaction’, it means coal change into petroleum. The project is ‘Chinese National Petroleum Reserve Strategic Project’. The area of each furnace is 432m² as well as the volume of the furnace up to 5000³ and the load of car-bottom is 600t. The furnaces are used for annealing on various high-pressure or ultrahigh pressure vessels. Since the furnaces been put into production, all of the quality of products met contract standards. So, the furnaces make a lot of contribution to the ‘Chinese National Petroleum Reserve Strategic’.
