Utmost Energy-Saving Bogie Furnaces in Chinese Shenyang Railway Bureau Put Into Production Smoothly

2 sets of bogie type quenching furnaces manufactured by Tianjin Saiyang for ‘No.1 key project in 2014’ of Chinese Shenyang Rail way bureau have been put into production smoothly in Jan, 2015. On 10^th, Feb, 2015 the furnaces were successfully passed the acceptance. The furnaces are used for production of high-speed railway turnout, it means not only the quenching quality, but also the gas consumption has strict requirements. So, we chose the latest Saiyang’s patent ‘Utmost energy-saving combustion technology’ and adopt regenerative high-speed type burner. The energy-saving benefit of our furnace is 45%~48% better than the other brand’s furnace that has the same type and circle. The temperature uniformity of the furnace is ±2~3℃, thus realize the significantly improve of heating quality.
